Own product strategy, roadmap prioritization, discovery, delivery, metrics, and automation quality. Lead engineering organization design, pod structure, performance management, and team decisions. Serve as the bridge between engineering, Shared Services, Customer Success, and the broader business. The role requires hands-on product and engineering leadership, production coding experience, short-term rental industry expertise, and experience shipping AI or automation products.
