Lead clinical care for the Primrose unit in a long-term care home. Oversee resident care systems, ensure professional standards and regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement and strategic planning, support fiscal management, and provide RAI/MDS coding, auditing, and data management leadership.

Maintain and assign staff schedules using Workday and Call Multiplier, manage absences and fill open shifts, validate and submit employee hours for payroll, assist with leave administration and WSIB liaison, support operations and clinical leadership with administrative tasks, order supplies, and manage health and safety incident reporting and follow-up.

Lead and manage the long-term care homes Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) program: oversee IPAC team, education, surveillance, audits, outbreak response, reporting, stakeholder relationships, and continuous quality improvement to protect residents, staff, and visitors.
