Delivers standardized clinical education, onboarding, simulation, skills training, coaching, and competency assessments across multiple long-term care homes. Develops learning materials and assessment tools, translates policies and best practices into practice, identifies learning needs, tracks education outcomes, and supports quality improvement and resident safety. The role requires collaboration with clinical leaders, independent prioritization, strong communication, proficiency with learning technologies, and frequent regional travel.

Develop and manage sales leads for a retirement residence, build relationships with prospective residents and the local community, achieve occupancy targets, conduct tours, coordinate promotional events, and manage the complete sales process using a CRM. The role partners with residence leadership, promotes resident satisfaction, and delivers a relationship-focused sales experience.

Provides front-desk and administrative support at a long-term care home. Answers and redirects calls, greets visitors, manages mail and courier services, schedules meeting rooms, updates phone and distribution lists, maintains the reception area, and assists with administrative projects. Requires professional communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
