Teams at Extend

Run multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, texting) into Director/VP/C-level decision makers at ecommerce and retail brands to generate qualified discovery meetings. Partner with AEs to convert meetings to pipeline, track activity quality, and contribute to developing the outbound playbook and category expertise within assigned verticals.

The Account Manager will drive growth and strategy for Extend's largest merchants, managing strategic relationships, optimizing programs, and collaborating on product development and marketing strategies.

Design and deliver polished, production-ready Figma experiences for consumers, merchants, and internal users. Own feature outcomes, iterate with research and analytics, collaborate with PMs and engineers, contribute to the design system, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping and design consistency.
