Coordinates loan closings with third-party vendors and customers, answers inquiries, assists with application scheduling and completion, documents issues, and tracks customer experiences through support tools, dashboards, logs, and CRM systems. The role requires loan origination or underwriting experience, knowledge of loan documents and deeds, strong customer service and communication skills, accurate documentation, and availability during U.S. Pacific business hours.

Prepare and reconcile daily/weekly/monthly capital markets reporting (borrowing base, funds flow, payment waterfalls), monitor covenants, troubleshoot data discrepancies, ensure data/reporting quality, support accounting, and work with engineers to automate capital markets reports.

Lead and manage a customer service operations team for card services, improve loan origination workflows, triage complex issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, enforce quality control, and ensure efficient processing and underwriting while working US Pacific hours from the Philippines.
