Provides operational and project management support to senior leaders, coordinating quarterly updates, team meetings, compliance action items, and cross-functional initiatives. Tracks tasks and projects through completion, improves operational processes, facilitates issue resolution, and maintains communication across departments. Requires strong organization, judgment, written communication, adaptability, and familiarity with compliance or regulatory operations. The role is based in the Philippines and follows US Pacific Time working hours.

Handles customer and partner support for a home-equity-backed credit product through phone, Zendesk, SMS, and other channels. Completes welcome calls, answers application and account questions, investigates cases, manages follow-ups and queues, documents interactions, and coordinates fraud, complaints, disputes, payments, and remediation workflows. Escalates specialized or unusual concerns while driving cases toward end-to-end resolution and maintaining strong customer and partner experiences.

Respond to credit card customer queries through Zendesk and other support tools, document complaints and issues, assist customers with application flows, and track experiences across online and offline channels using logs, dashboards, and CRM systems.
