Owns end-to-end recruitment for client delivery teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlist presentation, interview coordination, and candidate pipeline management. The role supports high-volume and specialized hiring across multiple client accounts, tracks recruitment metrics, maintains ATS records, and improves sourcing and hiring processes. Requires strong communication, assessment, stakeholder management, and experience recruiting for BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or agency environments.

Leads a fraud operations team in a player-coach capacity, managing schedules, coaching analysts, handling escalations, and ensuring work quality and compliance. Monitors operational metrics, maintains fraud procedures, improves workflows, develops dashboards, tests new concepts, and partners with compliance and engineering teams to improve detection, efficiency, and customer experience.

Leads HELOC document processing operations, including reviewing and filing security documents, verifying client information, preparing closing documents, and supporting record-keeping requests. The role manages team performance, SLAs, quality metrics, escalations, stakeholder relationships, and cross-time-zone coverage. It requires extensive U.S. loan or mortgage experience, expertise in liens, deeds of trust, vesting, and HELOC refinancing, plus experience coaching teams in mortgage or loan operations.
