Design, build, and operate distributed backend systems supporting card issuance, authorization, settlement, and external partner integrations. Own production reliability, incident response, reconciliation, observability, testing tooling, and data correctness. Develop scalable abstractions for banks, processors, and networks while managing security and compliance requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, make technical tradeoffs, and use AI coding agents effectively.

Build and own full-stack product features from technical design through production within a collaborative feature pod. Develop frontend experiences with React or comparable frameworks, maintain backend services, design APIs and data models, address performance, and support operational follow-through. Collaborate with engineering, product, and design; participate in code reviews and technical discussions; balance velocity, quality, and scope; and use AI tooling to accelerate development while improving customer experience.

Lead core business analytics: build and maintain KPI dashboards, run statistical analyses and A/B tests, identify drivers of retention and revenue, support forecasting, partner with Product/Engineering to improve data quality, and use AI/scripting to automate analytics and surface insights for leadership.
