Leads sales-floor and stockroom operations, coaches and trains associates, supports scheduling and coverage, oversees checkout, merchandise flow, replenishment, omnichannel operations, visual standards, customer service, and product launches. Partners with store management on associate performance, executes action plans, resolves customer issues, and drives sales and customer experience results.

Provides in-store customer service and supports sales by assisting shoppers, processing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, resolving service issues, and maintaining clean, organized sales, fitting room, checkout, and stock areas. Also performs stocking, folding, merchandise launches, and other store tasks while following safety and company procedures.

Provides an in-store shopping experience, performs opening and closing procedures, balances registers, processes transactions, maintains sales and stock areas, resolves customer issues, supports product launches, and promotes credit and loyalty programs. Requires customer service, communication, teamwork, technology proficiency, availability for nights and weekends, and the ability to meet physical requirements.
