Support the General Manager as an executive operations partner by managing priorities, calendars, meeting preparation, decisions, delegated work, communications, deadlines, and follow-through. The role maintains a trusted system for executive commitments, coordinates across departments, drafts briefings and communications, improves workflows, and handles sensitive personnel, financial, operational, and strategic information with discretion. It also uses Microsoft 365 and AI tools to improve productivity and automate repetitive processes.

Lead and improve inbound sales conversion through daily coaching, call reviews, AI-driven insights, role-play, accountability, KPI tracking, onboarding acceleration, and cross-team process improvements to reduce errors and increase revenue.

Provide proactive, high-trust executive support to the General Manager: manage and optimize calendar, prepare agendas and briefings, capture decisions and action items, maintain a single system for requests and follow-through, coordinate cross-functional priorities, draft executive communications, and improve executive-office workflows while handling sensitive information with discretion.
