Supervise front desk and guest services operations, supporting the Guest Services Manager and Director of Rooms. Provide courteous, efficient service throughout guest stays, maximize room revenue and occupancy, manage reservations and rate quotations, monitor VIP and special requests, review daily logs and trace files, operate the front desk computer system, coordinate messages and deliveries, and maintain familiarity with in-house groups.
