Analyzes sales, forecasts, supply, and inventory data to develop replenishment strategies and optimize inventory and service levels. Partners with Sales, Buyers, Demand Planning, and management to identify risks, resolve issues, improve reporting, and provide actionable recommendations. Uses ERP, BI tools, Excel, and Power BI to produce analytical reports and streamline planning processes while maintaining accuracy across assigned product categories.

Coordinates domestic, cross-border, and international shipments from suppliers to customers. Prepares export and customs documentation, tracks freight and shipment conditions, processes invoices, maintains shipping records, negotiates carrier rates, manages logistics providers, ensures regulatory compliance, communicates with stakeholders, and resolves transportation issues. Requires Spanish fluency, logistics experience, strong organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Leads global strategic sourcing and procurement for seafood products, including supplier development, contract negotiation, cost management, market analysis, and supply-risk mitigation. Builds diversified supplier relationships, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, supports inventory and customer requirements, and provides procurement recommendations to senior leadership. Manages, coaches, and develops the procurement team while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, service levels, and business continuity across international markets.
