Coordinates domestic, cross-border, and international shipments from suppliers to customers. Prepares export and customs documentation, tracks freight and shipment conditions, processes invoices, maintains shipping records, negotiates carrier rates, manages logistics providers, ensures regulatory compliance, communicates with stakeholders, and resolves transportation issues. Requires Spanish fluency, logistics experience, strong organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Leads global strategic sourcing and procurement for seafood products, including supplier development, contract negotiation, cost management, market analysis, and supply-risk mitigation. Builds diversified supplier relationships, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, supports inventory and customer requirements, and provides procurement recommendations to senior leadership. Manages, coaches, and develops the procurement team while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, service levels, and business continuity across international markets.

Perform full-cycle accounts payable tasks including invoice review, PO matching, payment processing (cheques, EFT, wires), vendor reconciliations, and AP/GL reconciliations. Support month-end/year-end closes, audits, and resolve vendor inquiries while collaborating with Purchasing and Receiving. Maintain accurate AP records and follow established procedures to ensure timely payments and strong vendor relationships during a maternity-leave contract.
