With direct supervision, performs entry-level cabinet finish tasks including sanding, spraying, buffing, and repairs. Learns to prepare and finish furniture per design/engineering drawings, use shop tools and materials, track parts and work in the material tracking system, and follow safety, 5S, and housekeeping procedures to protect aircraft interiors.

Lead and supervise a team assembling cabinets, perform hands-on assembly (cutting, sanding, drilling, fastening), enforce quality control and safety, coordinate workflow and inventory, oversee equipment maintenance, and maintain production documentation and reports to meet schedules and quality standards.
