Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, aged debtor follow-up, payment allocation, bank reconciliations, billing dispute resolution, credit reviews, account maintenance, month-end support, and financial reporting. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, collaboration with Operations and Customer Service, process improvement, confidentiality, and proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Build and lead a group procurement function across Australian manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, international supplier development with a focus on China, supplier negotiations, lifecycle and performance management, spend analysis, purchasing consolidation, inventory planning, risk management, and measurable cost savings. The role partners with Finance, Operations, factories, and inventory teams and may involve developing purchasing support in the Philippines.

Manage day-to-day operations for trade shows and exhibitions, coordinating logistics, suppliers, labour, freight, travel and schedules. Monitor KPIs, identify risks, implement process improvements, support budgeting and cost tracking, maintain documentation and compliance, and lead the operations team to ensure successful project delivery.
