Lead assembly, integration, and acceptance testing of cryogenic rocket engine components and complete engines. Develop assembly procedures, tooling requirements, and manufacturing documentation; perform leak, pressure, functional, and instrumentation checks; support hot-fire test campaigns; maintain build and quality records; investigate integration issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and test teams to improve assembly processes and ensure propulsion hardware readiness.

Summer engineering interns will support crewed space vehicle development by designing, developing, testing, debugging, and improving engineering systems, products, processes, tools, and prototypes. Responsibilities include data analysis, technical documentation, design reviews, validation, quality assurance, and collaboration with engineers under mentorship. The role requires full-time work for at least 12 weeks in Los Angeles beginning May 2027, with candidates providing their own relocation and housing.
