Plan, execute, and analyze engine- and component-level propulsion tests. Develop test plans/procedures, lead test operations, perform risk assessments, process data, and produce technical documentation and reports.

Lead procurement for propulsion systems: develop make-or-buy strategies, run RFx campaigns, evaluate and select suppliers with engineering, negotiate and execute contracts, manage supplier relationships, and drive process improvements to support production, testing and qualification schedules.
