Design, build and maintain scalable, cloud-native data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines in AWS. Collaborate with analytics and product teams to deliver analytical solutions, optimize data processing, ensure secure data handling, mentor engineers, and explore automation and AI to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Provide Tier I support for API/Member platform: investigate and diagnose software issues, run SQL queries, analyze logs and database content, document workarounds and reproduction steps, create/manage support tickets, and produce technical/process documentation for support teams.

Lead a Brazil-based DataHub engineering squad, owning delivery, architecture, and operational reliability. Coach and grow engineers, drive full-stack Java/Spring and Angular/React development, CI/CD and testing practices, collaborate with global teams, manage incidents, and ensure security and reuse across integrations and platform initiatives.
