Leads global billing technology initiatives by managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery outcomes. Coordinates business, architecture, development, testing, and operations teams; ensures operational readiness and enterprise alignment. Provides technical oversight, solution design guidance, and leadership for a small team of solution design professionals while mentoring and developing delivery capabilities.

Supports the FP&A team with month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, report standardization, policy compliance, and annual operating budget development. This full-time, 12-month internship provides hands-on financial reporting experience under the Senior Finance Manager.

Supports regional finance activities including month-end and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and management analysis. The role partners with teams on cost optimization, operational efficiency, process standardization, and continuous improvement while maintaining accurate financial information and supporting business decision-making.
