Designs, develops, and executes manual and automated tests for cloud-native .NET applications. Builds and maintains UI, API, backend, and integration testing frameworks; manages test data and environments; performs white-box, black-box, functional, and validation testing; and collaborates with cross-functional Agile teams using BDD, TDD, SQL, containers, and CI/CD practices.

Manage accounts receivable and collections activities, including customer communications, payment inquiries, billing discrepancy resolution, account updates, aging report analysis, and escalation of high-risk accounts. Support reconciliations, financial close processes, documentation requests, and collaboration with Finance, Sales, Credit, collectors, and clients while maintaining accurate records and compliance with internal policies.

Manage customer accounts receivable and collections activities, including payment inquiries, billing discrepancy resolution, account updates, aging analysis, risk escalation, reconciliations, and financial close support. Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve outstanding balances, document resolutions, maintain accurate records, and improve collection efficiency while following company policies and service standards.
