Supports warehouse and distribution operations, inventory control, customer service, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. The intern assists with FTZ activities, audits, operational reviews, customer projects, order processing, documentation, and special initiatives while collaborating with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong English and Spanish communication skills are required, along with U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Provides administrative support to executives by managing schedules, travel, meetings, correspondence, reports, expenses, mailboxes, filing systems, and confidential information. Coordinates meetings, records minutes, tracks follow-ups, prepares executive reporting, and supports leadership with reliable, professional communication. Requires prior personal assistant or administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office and Concur proficiency, excellent organization, problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills, plus the right to work in the UK.

Supports import and export customs compliance operations, including reviewing shipping documents, advising customers on trade restrictions, resolving compliance requests, tracking operational metrics, meeting SLAs, and ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies. Coordinates with customers, freight forwarders, customs officials, and internal teams. Also identifies process improvements, supports compliance projects and business initiatives, and maintains project documentation and follow-up actions.
