Leads Expeditors’ centralized UX practice, managing six to eight designers and owning people development, capacity planning, resource allocation, design quality, accessibility, design systems, and AI-enabled design practices. Partners with product, engineering, and business leaders to embed UX in discovery and delivery, manage demand and resourcing, improve operational rigor, and establish shared standards and tooling across enterprise products.

Leads the NASA Transportation program across the Americas, overseeing customer governance, multi-site operations, staffing, financial planning, carrier and supplier coordination, service performance, strategic growth, and process improvement. Develops leaders, manages budgets and productivity, launches new sites and programs, aligns global transport standards, sponsors AI and automation initiatives, and presents executive business reviews. The role is customer-onsite and requires domestic and international travel of up to 30%.

Leads Chinese Business Development across multiple countries or a regional sub-region, owning strategic accounts and managing District/Country CBDM performance. Sets targets, develops pipelines, drives revenue growth, builds customer relationships, handles escalations, and partners with internal teams to deliver logistics solutions. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, reporting, account forecasting, process improvement, and developing a repeatable business development model across China- and Taiwan-focused customer corridors.
