Support and help manage ocean export operations: enforce SOPs, prepare quotations, coordinate team huddles and transitions, drive revenue, maintain vendor relationships, support compliance and trainings, identify process/system improvements, and assist the manager with performance and goal setting.

Prepare and issue ocean freight quotes using internal quoting systems, maintain updated local port/transport charges, build carrier relationships, track quote feedback and market data, and ensure quotes comply with company policies and margins.

Support the Air Export Manager overseeing air export operations, vendor relationships, finances, sales support, team development, compliance, system usage, and continuous process improvement.
