Coordinate timely and accurate import freight movement and documentation, handle data entry and track-and-trace, liaise with customers and service providers, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, manage billing and KPIs, and improve department process efficiency.

Design, build, test, and maintain Java backend services and event-driven integrations; develop Angular user interfaces; improve CI/CD, observability, and automation; participate in design/code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Act as primary operational contact for assigned customer accounts, support day-to-day freight forwarding logistics, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, manage bookings and approvals, resolve shipment exceptions, monitor SLAs, perform root-cause analysis, prepare operational reports, and support continuous improvement.
