Lead balance-of-plant design and integration of Exowatt P3 modules into grid, behind-the-meter, and microgrid sites. Design transformers, switchgear, protection, and control strategies; perform power system modeling and protection coordination; support commissioning; ensure interconnection compliance and produce technical documentation while coordinating with EPCs, utilities, and customers.

Design, build, and operate optical test stands from bench to outdoor on-sun systems. Plan and run test campaigns, instrument and calibrate sensors, automate acquisition and analysis in Python, quantify uncertainty, compare measurements to raytrace models, and make systems agent-run capable. Lead safety, documentation, and iterate quickly between simulation and hardware to validate optical performance and reliability.

Design, build, align, and test optomechanical assemblies for solar tracker platforms. Hands-on CAD-to-prototype work using PTC Creo/SolidWorks, run FEA and hand calculations, instrument and commission test stands, troubleshoot electromechanical systems, and integrate AI agents for scripting and analysis. Collaborate across controls, software, and supply chain teams; present design reviews and maintain documentation.
