Assistant Accountant responsible for daily bookkeeping, bank and payable reconciliations, accounts payable, cheque preparation, online banking payments, petty cash, depreciation schedules, daily bank balance reporting, monthly close support, branch and landlord reporting, document filing, and external audit support. The role is based at the company head office in Abu Dhabi and supports finance activities across a multi-brand, multi-branch retail and distribution group.

Creates digital and print marketing materials, including social media designs, advertisements, brochures, logos, web visuals, reports, and business cards. Develops concepts, prepares layouts, incorporates feedback, and ensures brand consistency and production quality. Collaborates with marketing, business development, brand owners, suppliers, agencies, and printers. Requires strong layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and deadline-management skills, plus proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.

Supports the marketing team with daily coordination, basic content preparation, social media activities, marketing administration, and other routine tasks. The role requires an organized, proactive UAE National with basic marketing knowledge, good communication skills, and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
