Leads Exoticca’s finance transformation, team development, financial operations, treasury, working capital, audits, controls, tax compliance, and financial technology automation. Owns financial data integrity, revenue recognition, liquidity, supplier payment terms, regulatory compliance, and KPI dashboards. Partners with Commercial, Marketing, and Product on business cases, investment decisions, pricing, and margin optimization while building a scalable finance organization for international growth.

Own the People agenda for the Operations business area in Spain, advising leaders on employee relations, labor legislation, workforce planning, talent development, performance, compensation, and organizational effectiveness. The role manages complex employee relations cases, supports works council relationships, leads health and safety activities, contributes to People projects and policies, and uses people insights to guide business decisions.

Support international travel advisors with itineraries, pricing, availability, policies, quotes, and booking issues. Guide partners through the booking platform, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The role combines customer support, travel product guidance, and commercial follow-up across American markets. Fluent English, Spanish, and French communication is required, with rotating Monday-to-Sunday shifts in Barcelona.
