Create and configure competitive travel packages, upload partner agreements, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate pricing, quality, and product publication. Provide product support and insights to Sales, Customer Service, and B2B teams while managing product improvements and publication deadlines. The role uses internal systems and tools including Microsoft Office, Google tools, Asana, Confluence, Signaturit, Kanban, and Looker.

Supports the Business Excellence team with KPI monitoring, operational reporting, business data analysis, budget and discount tracking, and improvement initiatives. The intern prepares reports using Excel, Looker, and Power BI, follows up on operational issues, identifies inefficiencies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The role is part-time for at least three months and requires Spanish and English fluency.

Leads Exoticca’s finance transformation, team development, financial operations, treasury, working capital, audits, controls, tax compliance, and financial technology automation. Owns financial data integrity, revenue recognition, liquidity, supplier payment terms, regulatory compliance, and KPI dashboards. Partners with Commercial, Marketing, and Product on business cases, investment decisions, pricing, and margin optimization while building a scalable finance organization for international growth.
