Partners with Commercial, Marketing, and Product on business cases, investment decisions, pricing, and margin optimization while building a scalable finance organization for international growth.

Coordinate B2B customer experience operations for travel advisors, monitoring service levels, backlogs, response times, customer satisfaction, productivity, quality, and team KPIs. Supervise and develop team performance, oversee DMC and Travel Advisor inquiries, provide guidance on complex cases, and resolve escalated or sensitive internal and customer issues. The role requires leadership, B2B travel operations experience, Amadeus/GDS expertise, DMC experience, and proficiency with Salesforce and Travelfusion.

Deliver live English and Spanish onboarding and training sessions for B2B travel agents. Explain the platform, value proposition, sales processes, and product positioning; drive agent attendance and adoption through calls, emails, and follow-up support. Maintain training records, improve materials, gather feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams while building trusted partner relationships.
