Develop and grow a portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 travel agency accounts across Quebec. Responsibilities include frequent agency visits, relationship management, account activation, reactivation of dormant accounts, product education, presentations, webinars, new partner acquisition, group opportunity development, CRM updates, trade show participation, and achievement of sales and activity KPIs. The role is field-based and requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory, strong French communication skills, and collaboration with Business Development Managers.

Develop and grow a portfolio of travel agency accounts across Ontario through frequent field visits, relationship management, account activation, product education, training, and sales development. The role includes reactivating dormant accounts, identifying new agency partners and group opportunities, maintaining CRM records, attending industry events, and meeting activity and booking KPIs while collaborating with Business Development Managers.

Supports B2B travel agents through inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish, basic Salesforce case and lead management, follow-up scheduling, certificate creation in Canva, and preparation of product and training presentations. The internship requires organization, attention to detail, spreadsheet proficiency, and collaboration in an international office environment.
