The Product Manager handles technical support, sales strategy, training, product information, and process improvement for pneumatic systems.

Manage customer relationships and sales opportunities for assigned accounts, develop territory plans, and ensure performance against sales targets.

Lead and operate the Quality department: perform hands-on inspection/testing, manage audits, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, maintain QMS/ISO/AS9100 compliance, oversee APQP/PPAP documentation, and implement continuous improvement across manufacturing and supplier processes.
