Designs custom hydraulic, pneumatic, coolant, and lubrication systems from customer requirements through build, startup, testing, and closeout. Responsibilities include creating schematics and layouts, supporting sales and customer visits, preparing bills of materials and proposals, documenting as-built changes, collaborating with manufacturing, conducting design reviews, improving efficiency and quality, and developing vendor relationships.

Manages customer relationships, sales opportunities, territory and account plans, quotations, pricing, revenue targets, and business development. Coordinates technical support, purchasing, accounts receivable, customer issue resolution, and supplier collaboration. Conducts customer visits, supports account strategies, maintains CRM records, and provides ongoing customer support within an assigned territory.

Coordinates Assembly Solutions projects from quotation through close-out. Tracks status and KPIs, manages orders, BOMs, engineering changes, procurement, shipping, and expediting. Serves as a liaison among sales, engineering, accounting, and customers; supports quotations, contract and invoice questions, product inquiries, and audit-ready documentation.
