Development role supporting lubrication product management through manufacturer training, customer sales calls, product recommendations, proposals, forecasting, competitive research, supplier relationships, promotions, trade shows, internal training, and process improvement. The position is designed to grow into a full Product Manager role and requires technical curiosity, communication skills, customer-facing experience, and flexibility to support customers outside normal business hours.

Lead quality engineering on the manufacturing floor for molded, machined, and engineered products. Perform inspections and CMM validation, interpret GD&T, manage AS9102 FAIs and PPAPs, investigate defects through 8D and MRB processes, maintain AS9100 and ISO 9001 QMS requirements, oversee calibration and MSA studies, manage supplier corrective actions, and analyze quality data to reduce scrap and rework.

Designs custom hydraulic, pneumatic, coolant, and lubrication systems from customer requirements through build, startup, testing, and closeout. Responsibilities include creating schematics and layouts, supporting sales and customer visits, preparing bills of materials and proposals, documenting as-built changes, collaborating with manufacturing, conducting design reviews, improving efficiency and quality, and developing vendor relationships.

Manages customer relationships, sales opportunities, territory and account plans, quotations, pricing, revenue targets, and business development. Coordinates technical support, purchasing, accounts receivable, customer issue resolution, and supplier collaboration. Conducts customer visits, supports account strategies, maintains CRM records, and provides ongoing customer support within an assigned territory.
