Leads the design and delivery of complex warehouse automation solutions in France, translating customer logistics challenges into technical sales strategies. Responsibilities include solution architecture, costing, risk mitigation, stakeholder influence, partner and supplier collaboration, project leadership, and technical training. The role supports sales outcomes, mentors teams, and serves as a technical expert while traveling twice monthly to clients and monthly to headquarters.

Develop new business by leveraging partners, hunting customers, qualifying inbound leads, generating pipeline, and handing opportunities to Sales. The role targets supply chain and operations leaders, coordinates events and tradeshows, maintains key account engagement through LinkedIn, collaborates with Marketing, and launches lead-generation campaigns. Success requires strong commercial results, ownership, adaptability, entrepreneurial initiative, and fluent German and English. This field-based position involves 30–50% travel.

Design end-to-end warehouse automation solutions for customer opportunities across DACH, the Nordics, and Eastern Europe. Analyze logistics data, warehouse processes, material flows, and performance requirements; create layouts and technical proposals; define system interfaces across WMS, WCS, WES, and customer software; support sales, implementation, handover, and maintenance; and present solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
