The role targets supply chain and operations leaders, coordinates events and tradeshows, maintains key account engagement through LinkedIn, collaborates with Marketing, and launches lead-generation campaigns. Success requires strong commercial results, ownership, adaptability, entrepreneurial initiative, and fluent German and English. This field-based position involves 30–50% travel.

Design end-to-end warehouse automation solutions for customer opportunities across DACH, the Nordics, and Eastern Europe. Analyze logistics data, warehouse processes, material flows, and performance requirements; create layouts and technical proposals; define system interfaces across WMS, WCS, WES, and customer software; support sales, implementation, handover, and maintenance; and present solutions to technical and business stakeholders.

Lead finance activities across Japan and APAC, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting, compliance, treasury, cash flow, and risk management. Partner with regional and global leaders to improve profitability, support strategic decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, manage external finance partners, and optimize scalable processes and automation.
