Exotec Benefits Overview

Act as the trusted HR Business Partner for DACH & Nordics from Munich, supporting ~70 employees across Germany, Austria and Sweden. Provide hands-on HR across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee relations, performance, talent development), advise senior and C-level leaders, represent local HR, align with HR Operations, and drive local engagement, rituals and consistent HR practices adapted to local contexts.

The Architect Robotics will develop a clear technological vision for robotics, oversee design and implementation of systems, improve product quality, and support technical teams.

Manage multi-country HR and payroll operations across Europe (focus Netherlands & Italy), including payroll accuracy, benefits administration, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, absence management, HRIS data maintenance, reporting, and continuous process improvement while supporting employees and managers.
