Teams at Exoscale

Build and own automated orchestration for safely deploying network changes across production devices. Develop Go and Python services, CI/CD tooling, validation environments, observability, staged rollouts, verification, and automatic rollback. Extend network source-of-truth and configuration-generation systems, detect configuration drift, participate in infrastructure reviews, and join on-call after training. The role requires production software experience, deployment-system expertise, networking fundamentals, and effective collaboration in a distributed team.

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Exoscale’s observability and visibility platform, including Mimir, Prometheus, and VictoriaMetrics vmagent. Improve infrastructure scalability, reliability, and availability through automation and orchestration. Support database platforms including MariaDB, Cassandra, FoundationDB, and ClickHouse, participate in on-call rotation after training, and help evolve large-scale cloud infrastructure.

Design and maintain Exoscale’s internal Kubernetes developer platform and managed service ecosystem. Develop platform tooling, automation, orchestration, self-service systems, and application delivery pipelines using Golang. Improve scalability, security, availability, and developer experience; contribute to architecture, code reviews, support escalations, and on-call operations.
