Teams at Exoscale

Design, implement and operate confidential computing at the hypervisor level; maintain OS and hypervisor fleets, container runtimes, provisioning and deployment systems; improve performance, routing/security automation, tooling, and system architecture; participate in code reviews and on-call rotation to ensure high availability and SLAs.

Design, maintain, and operate Exoscale's core compute platform and orchestrators. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of distributed agents, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and join on-call rotation after training.

Develop and manage end-to-end capacity plans for servers, storage, and network infrastructure. Translate commercial forecasts into hardware demand, model data centre constraints, manage hardware lifecycle, lead monthly capacity planning cycles, present scenarios to leadership, and align cross-functional teams on budgets and execution schedules.
