Lead Kids Care Coordinator responsible for overseeing childcare programs: ensure a safe, welcoming environment; design age-appropriate activities; recruit, train, and supervise staff; schedule shifts and approve payroll; monitor program performance; and build strong relationships with children, families, and facility members.

Teach in-person classes on anatomy, physiology, strength training, nutrition, and injury prevention; provide hands-on technique coaching, assessments, program design, CPR/AED certification training, and certification exam prep/proctoring. Track attendance, progress, incidents, and program outcomes while ensuring facility safety and security compliance.

The Performance Manager oversees client programs, manages operations, mentors coaches, and ensures client satisfaction through effective leadership and engagement activities.
