Manage and grow a portfolio of global advertisers by monitoring and optimizing online campaigns, analyzing statistical and financial reports, negotiating agreements and pricing, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and helping clients achieve ROI goals. The role also involves prospecting leads, maintaining CRM records, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with sales and publishing teams. Chinese fluency is required, while French or Russian is valued.

Act as the technical point of contact for clients, investigate and resolve platform and data issues, reduce support burden, document processes, liaise with engineering and product, support sales onboarding, deploy client platforms, mentor team members, and lead client calls to drive resolutions and scalable processes.
