Support the CEO by managing calendars, communications, meetings, travel, logistics, documents, and follow-up. Coordinate with employees, customers, suppliers, and partners; track action items; handle sensitive information; anticipate needs; and manage changing professional and personal priorities with discretion. This full-time hybrid role generally works from noon into the evening and requires flexibility outside standard hours.

Lead strategic pursuit and proposal efforts for infrastructure, transportation, utility, and government clients. Develop win strategies, write and edit complex proposals, translate technical capabilities into client-focused narratives, coordinate cross-functional and external teams, support procurement evaluations and interviews, and contribute to contract negotiations. The role partners with sales, operations, legal, finance, and leadership to secure high-value contracts and support company growth.

Build and deploy production-grade LLM applications, RAG systems, agentic workflows, and internal AI tools. Evaluate foundation models, develop tool-using and multi-agent systems, improve reliability and reduce hallucinations, and establish evaluation methodologies for quality and safety. Collaborate with algorithms, mapping, software, and research teams to transition prototypes into scalable products.
