Advises U.S. commercial and government-contracting activities across the full contract lifecycle. Drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, reviews solicitations and government contracts, interprets FAR and DFARS requirements, manages compliance risks, and supports disputes, amendments, claims, and terminations. The role also develops contract templates and compliance procedures, monitors regulatory developments, manages external counsel, and partners with cross-functional teams in a remote, international environment.

Provide commercial and government-contracting legal support across the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, compliance, risk review, disputes, and contract administration. Advise on FAR, DFARS, procurement rules, state regulatory requirements, flow-down provisions, cybersecurity obligations, and government disclosures. Develop legal templates, playbooks, approval processes, and compliance procedures while partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Information Security in a remote, international environment.

Supports the Legal team with contract lifecycle administration, document review, legal research, matter and deadline tracking, records management, legal technology systems, workflow improvement, reporting, and cross-functional project coordination. Handles routine legal and operational matters independently, escalates substantive issues to counsel, and manages confidential information while collaborating with teams in Israel and the United States.
