Supports end-to-end project delivery, business analysis, process improvement, KPI development, operational reporting, and stakeholder coordination within the Trading Division. The role analyzes performance data, identifies operational challenges, develops solutions, maintains governance documentation, supports automation and workflow optimization, and communicates project outcomes through presentations and reports.

Lead UK compliance and MLRO functions, including FCA reporting, regulatory liaison, policy development, risk assessments, process audits, client onboarding approval, compliance monitoring, licensing applications, complaint reviews, and supervision of compliance projects and team members. The role requires expertise in UK financial regulation, MiFID reporting, FCA principles, SMF16 and SMF17 functions, and CASS 7 client money rules.

Maintain and improve core trading systems, execution engines, LP connectivity, databases, and client applications. Monitor system health and performance, investigate trading and technical issues, identify anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative fixes. Collaborate with Risk Monitoring, Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams on incidents, testing, production releases, automation, CI/CD, infrastructure improvements, documentation, and internal technical support.
