The DevOps Engineer manages CI/CD across development teams, implements release practices and infrastructure as code, automates environment deployments, and establishes observability standards. The role requires Kubernetes and containerization expertise, GitOps knowledge, Bash proficiency, and collaboration with SRE, Security, and Platform teams to improve reliability and performance.

Designs and maintains automated UI and end-to-end tests for web and mobile applications using Playwright and TypeScript. Responsibilities include manual and exploratory testing, regression coverage, test environments and data, framework improvements, CI/CD integration, pipeline monitoring, release validation, and AI-assisted quality engineering. The role partners with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks, improve product reliability, and support engineering best practices.

Acquire, onboard, manage, and retain high-value trading partners in Colombia and Latin America. Build partnerships, negotiate agreements, support partner accounts, track performance KPIs, identify growth and reactivation opportunities, prevent churn, resolve issues, and report on partner activity. The role requires financial markets and forex expertise, strong business development and negotiation skills, CRM and reporting experience, native Spanish, advanced English, and willingness to relocate to Uruguay and travel.
