Lead AI-enabled compliance initiatives: analyse compliance processes and data, design and build AI/LLM-assisted workflows, integrate analytics solutions with cross-functional teams, and produce documentation, user guidance, and best practices to scale AI-enabled compliance operations during an eight-month contract.

Create, maintain, and audit internal and external knowledge bases (Zendesk, Confluence). Adapt content for AI-driven tools, coordinate UAT with product teams, manage feedback/control groups, liaise with stakeholders and visual specialists, and lead KM process improvements and assigned projects to ensure accurate, accessible information.

Implement and maintain backend services in a high-load microservices environment. Deliver features with clean, secure, tested code; improve latency, resilience, and scalability; write documentation and automation tests; apply DevOps practices; reduce technical debt and follow company engineering standards.
