Supports B2B client management through tracking deliverables, communications, contracts, change orders, invoices, budgets, forecasts, and Salesforce records. Prepares client presentations, validates invoices, analyzes spending and P&L results, researches healthcare opportunities, and manages administrative requests. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, presentation, financial tracking, and client-facing skills, with Salesforce experience and an MBA preferred.

Performs daily accounting transactions, period close activities, financial statement preparation, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, tax schedules, intercompany accounting, fixed asset maintenance, and regulatory reporting. Resolves variances and accounting exceptions, coordinates with finance departments and stakeholders, and ensures accurate and timely closure of open items and reconciliations.

Leads data science efforts across multiple teams, drives strategic initiatives to improve data science practices, represents the team in executive meetings, and develops long-term data science plans.
