ExitGuide is changing how all small businesses transition because less than 20% of small businesses put up for sale actually sell and there is no clear & cost effective solution for the other +80% of the market. Most small business owners do not know where to start when developing a plan to exit their business yet 78% believe they will sell their business to fund retirement. ExitGuide is automating the process for owners to understand their options to exit their business and then build a plan that allows them to take action on their own.
