Supervises daily graphic production operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, employee leadership, quality control, inventory, materials, equipment readiness, and timely delivery. Coordinates with design, project management, purchasing, and production teams; monitors costs, labor, waste, and schedule performance; supports equipment maintenance and troubleshooting; and enforces safety procedures. The role also assists with production, maintains job documentation, and recommends process and efficiency improvements.

Manage client program health and relationships for events and exhibits: maintain show calendars and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, support pre-sale orchestration in ERP/CRM, own program-level reporting, lead client reviews and post-show follow-ups, and travel up to 15-20%.
