Coordinate planning, development, and execution of tradeshow displays and related projects. Serve as primary client contact, manage schedules, budgets, ERP/project tracking, vendor/subcontractor coordination, cost reviews, documentation, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Coordinate day-to-day production of printed graphics, signage, and display materials. Manage work orders, schedules, materials, quality control, documentation, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, inventory, and production handoffs to meet deadlines.

Manage client program health and relationships for events and exhibits: maintain show calendars and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, support pre-sale orchestration in ERP/CRM, own program-level reporting, lead client reviews and post-show follow-ups, and travel up to 15-20%.
