Develop, customize, and integrate enterprise CRM and workflow applications using C#, .NET (6/8), JavaScript/Angular, and relational databases. Build and maintain API integrations (REST, OData, SOAP/WCF), write/optimize SQL queries, design technical specs with architects, and implement AI workflow integrations. Collaborate on application architecture and document API contracts.

Build production Java and Spring Boot services powering AI agents, including tools, integrations, business logic, and client-system APIs. Own features from design through deployment, apply sound architecture and design patterns, and work directly with client engineering teams. Operate within CI/CD and Kubernetes environments while collaborating across cloud, on-premises, and self-hosted infrastructure. Hands-on production LLM or agent orchestration experience, fluent Polish, and professional English are required.

Lead end-to-end workstreams on technology advisory engagements: assess and design enterprise and solution architectures, shape operating models, improve SDLC and DevOps practices, advise on platform engineering and cloud adoption, build executive-ready recommendations, present to C-level stakeholders, and contribute to firm growth and mentoring.

Work with developers, analysts, and architects to plan and execute SAT and UAT cycles, write clear test cases, perform manual and basic automated testing, use SQL to validate data, document results, and help introduce AI-assisted testing practices to improve quality.
