Develop and architect backend features for Exeon’s network detection and response product. Guide architectural decisions, refactor existing code, mentor backend engineers, and contribute hands-on Scala development across GUI and analytics backends. Collaborate with the development team to deliver maintainable, performant, well-tested software in a remote-first cybersecurity scale-up.

Leads AI initiatives for network detection and response and user and entity behavior analytics products. Designs and implements RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and evaluation systems for reliable LLM applications. Collaborates with cybersecurity analysts, developers, and data scientists to convert security workflows into AI-assisted solutions. Establishes AI development, safety, evaluation, and deployment practices, while mentoring team members and supporting a strong AI engineering culture.

Leads DACH regional sales strategy, revenue growth, pipeline development, enterprise deal execution, and sales-team performance. Builds and coaches enterprise and mid-market teams, manages forecasting and sales metrics, negotiates strategic contracts, develops channel partnerships, and collaborates with marketing and product teams. The role requires hands-on involvement in major deals, disciplined sales processes, cybersecurity market knowledge, and strong relationships across DACH enterprise markets.
