The Business Development Manager acquires B2B hotel clients through prospect research, cold calling, meetings, events, presentations, and relationship building. The role manages the full sales cycle, converts leads, maintains CRM records, conducts market research, and collaborates with marketing on sales campaigns. Approximately 80% of the role involves fieldwork and client visits, with a target of acquiring at least five clients monthly after onboarding.

Manage hotel clients in Thailand by analyzing their digital setup, booking engine, PMS, OTA presence, and revenue structure. Identify growth opportunities, provide recommendations, conduct regular calls and at least 15 in-person meetings monthly, and support solution implementation. Success is measured through revenue growth and implemented recommendations. The role requires Thai and English communication, CRM and software proficiency, analytical skills, and frequent travel across Bangkok and Pattaya.
