Own the full sales cycle for Exely's hospitality SaaS: generate and convert leads, meet hoteliers (≈70% face-to-face), manage CRM, attend industry events, provide market research, and meet monthly acquisition targets after onboarding.

Act as primary Turkish-speaking contact for hotel clients, drive revenue growth through proactive account management, regular onsite check-ins and business reviews, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues, run local marketing activities, analyze client performance, and promote product improvements based on client feedback.

Onboard, train, and support hoteliers to use Exely's platform. Respond to and resolve queries via calls and emails, manage feedback, escalate issues to technical teams, and ensure timely resolution and proper functioning of solutions.
