Build and maintain scoped features, integrations, prototypes, and internal tools across Polyant and PlugSync. Investigate AI agent capabilities, LLM APIs, retrieval, evaluations, API synchronization workflows, authentication, retries, data consistency, and error recovery. Convert validated experiments into tested, documented, observable software with clear deployment paths. Debug operational issues, use AI coding tools responsibly, and share findings with delivery teams. The role requires independent software delivery, collaboration with the R&D Lead, and occasional in-person team days in Italy.

Define measurement frameworks, KPIs, baselines, targets, and evaluation criteria across client projects. Align clients and project teams on success metrics, support complex analyses, verify solution impact, distinguish correlation from causality, and recommend evidence-based improvements. Develop analytical standards, templates, and best practices; train teams; and identify recurring patterns across the project portfolio. The role requires advanced analytics, business acumen, stakeholder communication, consulting or multi-project experience, and fluency in Italian with B2-level English.

Owns relationships and value creation across a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include understanding client businesses, identifying high-impact opportunities, conducting discovery, analyzing needs, designing functional solutions with technical architects, maintaining senior-stakeholder trust, and expanding accounts over time.

Manage multiple client projects from kickoff through delivery, owning budgets, timelines, resource allocation, risk tracking, and client communication. Set clear expectations, govern operational delivery, communicate trade-offs, and ensure projects remain aligned with scope and business objectives. The role requires understanding technical solutions without performing the technical work, rapidly adapting across industries, and maintaining strong organization and autonomy.

Owns the technical design and delivery of client projects while remaining hands-on in full-stack development. Builds solutions using Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, and AWS; establishes standards for testing, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure as code. Leads AI-assisted engineering practices, evaluates generated code, collaborates with value builders and project managers, and ensures technical feasibility, quality, scalability, and maintainability across parallel engagements.
