Teams at Executive Mental Health

Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for geriatric and medically complex residents in skilled nursing facilities. Manage an active caseload, document to Medicare standards, deliver in-person and telehealth care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consult with facility staff, and provide trainings and clinical support to reduce hospitalizations and behavioral crises.

Provide neuropsychological assessments and evaluations to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across California. Conduct initial and detailed neuropsychological testing, differential diagnosis, capacity evaluations, and discharge planning. Offer curbside consultations, treatment recommendations, staff education, and documentation. Opportunity for forensic work including record review, test administration for litigants, and testimony at depositions, mediations, and court. Participate in training, clinical consultation, and use telehealth and in-house reporting systems.
