Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on ground support equipment and vehicles, diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems, operate cranes and forklifts, complete PMIs and maintenance records, respond on-call, travel to other bases as needed, and follow safety and security procedures.

Provide leadership and day-of coordination for ramp operations: assign manpower, manage equipment inventory, support safe baggage and ground equipment movement, oversee training and competency, handle attendance and communications with airlines/airport, manage winter deicing logs and incident response, and support continuous operational improvements.
