Manage a book of partner accounts as the primary contact, advising C-level stakeholders on IT strategy, driving retention and growth, coordinating technical teams, conducting Strategic Business Reviews, maintaining CRM records, and proactively addressing partner risks and lifecycle planning.

Plan, schedule, and monitor IT projects across their lifecycle, manage resources and budgets, provide regular stakeholder updates, coordinate engineers and post-deployment support, ensure documentation and QA, and apply best practices to meet KPIs for utilization, billable efficiency, CSAT, and budget adherence.
