Leads, coaches, and scales a global SDR team responsible for outbound prospecting and qualified meeting generation. Builds outreach playbooks, manages sales KPIs, analyzes funnel performance, optimizes CRM and AI-enabled processes, develops talent, and owns client relationships. The role requires hands-on coaching, US market expertise, multi-region leadership, client business reviews, and proficiency with CRM, sales engagement, and prospecting tools.

Designs and deploys AI-powered legal workflows, particularly for contract lifecycle automation. Partners with clients to modernize traditional legal processes, applies generative AI and prompt engineering to solve legal problems, and ensures implemented solutions deliver measurable client value. The role requires combined legal expertise, contract lifecycle knowledge, technology-building experience, and strong communication skills.

Own month-, quarter-, and year-end financial close activities, including general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, balance sheet reviews, financial reporting, and controllership. Ensure compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP, maintain financial controls, support audits and statutory reporting, partner with global Finance teams, and improve accounting processes and automation. The role may also support US Tax activities.
