Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure data pipelines and architectures using Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse. Implement ETL/ELT, data modeling, storage (Data Lake, Azure SQL), performance optimization, automation, CI/CD deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation while collaborating with product owners, analysts, data scientists, and DevOps in an Agile transformation.

Provide presales and post-sales technical support and solution design for F5 technologies (LTM, WAF, DNS). Run customer workshops, demos, troubleshooting, optimization, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Provide daily operational support to partner clients by responding to quote and order requests, tracking order status and inventory, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, assisting client onboarding, and supporting sales campaigns while working US (PST) hours.
