Provides Level 1 support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud users, including incident triage, troubleshooting, access and authorization support, root cause analysis, escalation, minor configuration, user training, documentation, testing, and system monitoring. The role collaborates with SAP, AMS partners, and cross-functional teams while supporting multi-country deployments, UAT, releases, and process improvements.

Designs end-to-end cybersecurity solutions, leads proof-of-concept demonstrations, develops bills of materials and solution proposals, advises partners and customers, maintains vendor relationships, and scopes professional services engagements. The role requires pre-sales solution architecture, technical enablement, network and endpoint security expertise, vulnerability management, and high-level troubleshooting across platforms including Fortinet, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and Tenable.

Provides L1/L2 support for Palo Alto Networks security solutions, including firewall monitoring, policy management, VPN troubleshooting, upgrades, backups, and restores. Diagnoses network security issues using logs and packet captures, owns incidents through resolution within SLA, documents cases, prepares RCA reports, and collaborates with customers, Engineering, and TAC teams. The role may include 24/7 shift-based support.
