Prepares journal entries, reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts, processes accounts payable, manages payment distributions, resolves invoice discrepancies, and supports financial, regulatory, and audit reporting. The role also assists with procedures, workflow documentation, and accounting projects while ensuring GAAP and credit union policy compliance.

Monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots server, endpoint, application, and network infrastructure to maximize uptime. Responsibilities include patching, upgrades, backups, performance tuning, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery testing, documentation, licensing, audits, and Tier 2 support. The role also assists with budgeting, infrastructure purchases, and provides on-call support during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
