Develop and execute hospital business development and marketing strategies to increase patient volume and brand awareness. Build referral relationships with physicians and healthcare partners, analyze market intelligence, identify growth opportunities, support new program launches, coordinate outreach events, and collaborate with hospital, regional, corporate, and clinical leadership to achieve growth objectives.

Serves as the hospital’s first point of contact for patients and visitors. Registers emergency, direct admission, and outpatient patients; collects demographics, insurance information, consents, and payments; verifies benefits and authorizations; maintains patient charts and logs; answers calls; performs clerical tasks; and supports HIPAA, EMTALA, cash reconciliation, and patient satisfaction requirements.

Manage and resolve out-of-network medical billing disputes under the No Surprises Act. Review claims, coordinate with insurers and providers, ensure regulatory compliance, document outcomes, prepare reports, and communicate/negotiate resolutions while maintaining confidentiality.
