Provide triage and comprehensive assessments for patients of all ages in a fast-paced ER, communicate with physicians, administer medications, monitor hemodynamics and cardiac dysrhythmias, document in the EHR, and deliver patient education while working 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays.

Manage and resolve out-of-network medical billing disputes under the No Surprises Act. Review claims, coordinate with insurers and providers, ensure regulatory compliance, document outcomes, prepare reports, and communicate/negotiate resolutions while maintaining confidentiality.

Provide patient-centered CT and X-ray imaging on 12-hour night shifts, perform daily QA on equipment, document procedures in EMR, report equipment issues, maintain safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.
