The Business Manager will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, oversee consultant recruitment, and monitor operational performance in the clinical research domain.

Lead global clinical study teams to plan, execute, and close Phase I-III trials. Manage timelines, budgets, CROs/vendors, TMF quality, regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP), risks, audits, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Create, edit and publish multi-channel corporate and project communications; design communication plans; select channels and KPIs; monitor performance; support press, customer and internal events; ensure brand and regulatory compliance; manage content calendars, stakeholder coordination and operational follow-ups.
