Supports outsourcing and procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier onboarding, sourcing strategies, make-or-buy assessments, and contract management. Uses COUPA and SIRION to assist business teams, while developing training materials, supporting users, driving change management, and improving procurement processes. Collaborates with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders across cross-functional projects.

Supports group FP&A through financial forecasting, budgeting, reforecasting, monthly reporting, P&L analysis, variance explanations, KPI reporting, and country-level data consolidation. The role also contributes to EPM implementation, financial systems enhancement, analytics development, automation, and strategic planning support while partnering with finance, operations, and business leaders across countries.

Leads CMC data management strategy, governance, standards, master data, data quality, and lifecycle management within a pharmaceutical environment. Manages and develops Data Managers, supports data transformation, and prepares structured CMC data for future data science and AI initiatives. Partners with CMC, R&D, Data, Digital, and IT teams to promote reliable, compliant, and data-driven operations.
