Records and pays inventory vendor invoices, matches invoices with purchase orders and warehouse receipts, reconciles vendor accounts and general ledger balances, researches discrepancies, and coordinates issue resolution with vendors and internal departments. The role also supports other accounting specialists, maintains confidentiality, and requires accurate, organized work in an on-site corporate environment.

Provides strategic leadership for regional merchandising across approximately 600–1,000 stores and 3–4 districts. Develops merchandising strategies, analyzes sales and trend data, drives field execution, manages store and client relationships, leads cross-functional initiatives, and oversees recruiting, training, coaching, retention, and performance metrics for merchandising teams. Requires extensive regional travel, including two to three overnight stays weekly.
