The Business Analyst will elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, developing user stories and acceptance criteria, modeling processes and data, coordinating stakeholders and technical teams, supporting solution design and project planning, managing scope changes, and ensuring requirements align with implementation. The role requires collaboration within Agile and SAFe environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and effective use of requirements and modeling tools.

Performs manual functional and regression testing, creates and executes test cases, reports and tracks defects, and conducts API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger. Collaborates with development and product teams to support product quality. Requires practical API testing experience, knowledge of HTTP methods and status codes, familiarity with STLC and bug lifecycles, and understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.

Develop and maintain ReactJS frontend applications across the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining requirements, writing clean and efficient code, performing automated unit testing, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. The role also involves ensuring code quality and applying software development best practices.
