Provide L2/L3 production support and enhancement delivery for a large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud environment. Troubleshoot Apex, Flows, integrations, Omni-Channel, Amazon Connect, and production issues; develop scalable solutions using Apex, declarative tools, LWC, APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing. Enhance Experience Cloud and Knowledge, support Agile delivery, document solutions, review code, mentor junior developers, and collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders.

Develop and maintain Playwright automation using TypeScript or JavaScript, converting manual OpenText Octane test cases into reusable scripts. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing across web applications, troubleshoot failures, manage test data and page objects, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to resolve defects and improve automation coverage.

Leads end-to-end QA for Guidewire insurance applications, including test strategy, functional and integration testing, UI and API automation, database validation, defect management, release sign-off, and QA metrics. Provides technical leadership, mentors QA engineers, coordinates with stakeholders, and validates P&C insurance processes across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
