Develop and maintain SmartCOMM templates, migrate forms using Migration Studio, and implement JavaScript and Java automation and integrations with Guidewire Policy, Claim, and Billing xCenters. Configure PostScript outputs and omnichannel communications while supporting P&C insurance workflows. Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders on requirements, testing, deployment, and end-to-end form lifecycle management.

Lead Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations by gathering requirements, facilitating functional workshops, creating specifications, configuring Guidewire tools, and validating technical solutions. Partner with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and testing teams through delivery, training, and production rollout. Serve as the primary functional client contact, provide insurance and Guidewire expertise, ensure quality and timely deliverables, and mentor junior analysts.

Architect and develop complex solutions using Vlocity and Salesforce platforms. Lead customer design sessions, analyze requirements, produce technical specifications, guide development teams, conduct design reviews, estimate project efforts, and ensure adherence to platform best practices. The role includes hands-on development, Salesforce integrations, CI/CD deployments, collaboration with Vlocity support, and delivery leadership across enterprise CRM implementations.
