Produce and maintain developer-facing software documentation independently. Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to validate content, follow docs-as-code workflows, and improve documentation UX. Manage multiple documentation projects, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure content is reviewed and published according to release plans.

Design and develop system- and API-level automation tests for platform and integration components. Lead automation initiatives, select and implement tools, collaborate with distributed teams to troubleshoot issues, and provide clear documentation and reporting.

Manage and support Exasol's Salesforce CRM: respond to stakeholder requests, resolve 1st/2nd level tickets, maintain data quality, configure reports/dashboards, document processes in Confluence, collaborate with international teams, and improve CRM usability and processes.

Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional engineering initiatives across database engine, ingestion, connectors, and platform components. Research, prototype, design, and implement performant, scalable production systems; collaborate with architects and product stakeholders; debug and optimize concurrent systems; mentor teams and drive cross-team execution across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Manage and resolve support cases for the Exasol database, focusing on SQL, drivers, and connectivity. Provide technical guidance on Exasol features, collaborate with R&D and PM, deliver service activities, and maintain technical documentation. Mentor new employees and ensure timely, high-quality project deliverables.

Design, build, and operate scalable AWS and on-prem infrastructure. Automate deployments with IaC and configuration management, run CI/CD pipelines, manage containers and observability, lead incident response, and implement DevSecOps practices to ensure reliable, high-performance analytics infrastructure.
