Manage daily New York office operations, including supplies, snacks, mail, deliveries, guest reception, office communications, and workspace organization. Plan monthly socials, support culture-building events, survey employee preferences, and coordinate updates across multiple offices. The role is in-office four days per week and requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, and operational experience.

Own and build the IT function for the Toronto office, including device lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding, identity and access administration, core business systems, office networks, AV equipment, endpoint security, physical access control, procurement, and employee support. Establish scalable IT workflows and service delivery processes while supporting SOC 2 compliance and partnering with People Operations and Operations.

Build and lead the sales enablement function from the ground up. Design onboarding, training curricula, certification standards, market education, continuous coaching, manager enablement, sales tooling processes, and scalable content libraries. Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, product, and revenue operations to improve ramp time, rep adoption, productivity, and sales performance in the complex post-acute healthcare market.
