Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning infrastructure, including data and training pipelines, deployment workflows, monitoring systems, and supporting platforms. Partner with researchers and ML practitioners to productionize models, improve reliability, scalability, observability, reproducibility, speed, and cost efficiency, and automate operational workflows. This engineering-focused role supports reliable production ML systems rather than research-first development.

Own accounting operations including billing, collections, accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end close, and accounts receivable reporting. Maintain financial systems and data integrity across HubSpot, Brex, Rillet, and banking tools. Support audits, accounting policies, controls, forecasting, and scalable process improvements while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. The role is based in Toronto and requires in-office collaboration three days per week.

Own end-to-end software development for a healthcare admissions platform. Build and release React interfaces, REST endpoints, background services, internal dashboards, feature-flag systems, and DevOps automations. Write TypeScript and SQL, develop automated tests, support zero-downtime releases, triage production incidents, and translate customer workflow pain points into scalable product capabilities.
