Lead Exa’s talent acquisition strategy, recruiting team, systems, and execution during rapid growth. Manage hiring across research, engineering, go-to-market, and leadership functions; personally conduct executive and specialized technical searches; partner with founders and hiring managers; establish hiring standards; improve recruiting operations using data and internal AI tools; and strengthen the candidate experience and employer brand.

Leads and scales Exa’s New York SDR team, owning daily management, coaching, hiring, onboarding, ramp, culture, and pipeline performance. The role refines outbound targeting, messaging, and multichannel sequences across calls, email, and LinkedIn while partnering with sales and marketing leadership. Candidates should have SaaS sales or business development experience, SDR management expertise, strong pipeline results, and experience building high-performing inbound and outbound teams in a fast-growing startup.
